It will be ok.
My hours at work are getting cut and my status is changing to part-time. I need a second job or a whole new full-time job, but right now, everything feels fine.
I'll let you know if I hear anything. I heard on the radio that Home Depot is hiring a bunch of part-timers right now. Maybe you could do that? I was a cashier there once and it wasn't too bad. It's not cooking, though. :\
